I would first like to commend the powers that be on the fact that a off-leash area is very much needed in the area!! Kudos’ But I must say that I a severely disappointed in the actual "park" it self... if you are an owner of a DOG you will sympathize in that this off leash area will be great for any dog that can fit nicely into a purse!

I know for a fact that there a many dog owners in the Loring Park/Downtown area that have dogs that cannot wear t-shirts or fit nicely into a dog "purse"; what is to become of these dogs who simply are too much dog for these new urban off leash areas??
